The Board of Directors of Prolintas Managers Sdn Bhd ("Trustee-Manager") wishes to announce that Prolintas Infra BT intends to seek its unitholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting:-

1. Proposed Unitholders’ Ratification for RRPTs which the Trust or the Trust Group had entered into since the date of admission and listing of the Trust on the Main Market of Bursa Securities to the date of 1st AGM; and

2. Proposed New Unitholders’ Mandate for RRPTs of a revenue or trading nature.

A circular to unitholders containing the information on the above will be issued in due course.
