The Board of Directors of Bina Darulaman Berhad wish to announce that the Company had on 20 February 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mutiara Perlis Sdn Bhd (MPSB) to establish a basis cooperation and collaboration between both Parties.

This collaboration will explore other potential opportunities for BDB Group to pursue.
