Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ITMAX is pleased to announce that Southmax Sdn. Bhd. (“Southmax”), a 65%-owned subsidiary of ITMAX, had on 4 February 2025 received and accepted the Letter of Appointment dated 31 January 2025 (“LOA”) awarded by Majlis Perbandaran Pontian (hereinafter referred to as “MPPn”) to be the smart parking operator for the outdoor parking spaces in the area under MPPn’s purview for a contract period of 15 years commencing 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2040.

Southmax and MPPn (hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually the “Party” as the case may be) will execute and enter into an agreement in respect of the smart parking operation in the area under MPPn’s purview, including all terms as agreed upon among the Parties.
