Reference is made to the resignation of En Malik Parvez Ahmad bin Nazir Ahmad as the Chief Executive Officer of Prolintas Managers Sdn Bhd ("Trustee-Manager") with effect on 3 February 2025. 

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Trustee-Manager on behalf of Prolintas Infra BT wishes to announce that the Board has deliberated and resolved that the Interim Executive Management Team led by Dato' Ikmal Hijaz bin Hashim, the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Trustee-Manager, would remain effective to ensure the stewardship of Prolintas Infra BT will continue smoothly pending the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer.
