(Reference is made to the Company's circular dated 10 January 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as the words and expressions defined in the Circular.)

We refer to the announcements dated 30 August 2024, 22 November 2024, 25 November 2024, 31 December 2024, 3 January 2025 and 27 January 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the parties to the SSPA 2 have today mutually agreed to revise the Completion Date of SSPA 2 to 31 January 2025 in conjunction with the listing of the 181,818,182 Consideration Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities today.

Accordingly, the Proposed Acquisition of Regulus Offshore and the Proposed Acquisition of Yinson Camellia have now been completed with Regulus Offshore being a 70%-owned subsidiary of the Company and Yinson Camellia a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
