Further to the Company’s Announcement dated 17 December 2024 , ALSREIT wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has, vide its letter dated 21 January 2025, granted the Company an extension of time of six months until 15 June 2025 to comply with the Public Security Holding Spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements (MMLR).
The Public Shareholding Spread of ALSREIT as at 31 December 2024 was as follows :
- Percentage of public shareholdings - 15.90
- Number of Shares held by public - 92,224,095
As at the date of this Announcement, ALSREIT is continuously exploring various options to meet the shortfall in the public shareholding spread.
