The Board of Directors of Sunview wishes to announce that Sirage Energy Sdn. Bhd., an indirect 60%-owned subsidiary of the Company through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd., which owns 80% of Sunview Power Distribution Sdn. Bhd., which in turn owns 75% of Sirage Energy, had on 15 January 2025 entered into a heads of agreement (“Agreement”) with Sirage Skyvast Holdings Sdn. Bhd. to explore collaboration on a solar power generation plant for an off-grid technology park in Chuping, Perlis, Malaysia – Perlis Advance Tech Park.
