Reference is made to the Company’s prospectus dated 28 December 2022 in relation to the ESOS (“Prospectus”) and the announcement made on 17 January 2023. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Prospectus.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Listing Requirements, Kitacon wishes to announce that the Company has on 2 January 2025 offered a total of 30,285,000 ESOS Options to the eligible employees of Kitacon and its susidiary pursuant to the ESOS.
