The Board of Directors of Apex Equity Holdings Berhad (“AEHB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Apex Development Sdn. Bhd. (“ADSB”) had on 27 December 2024 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Noah Foundation [Registration No.10880-D (197101000480)] (hereinafter called “the Vendor”) for the acquisition of all that parcel of boutique building distinguished as Building No. 9, Horizon Phase 1, Bangsar South City measuring approximately 54,876 square feet in total floor area in a mixed commercial development known as the Horizon bearing the postal address of Tower 3, Avenue 5, Bangsar South, No.8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200, Kuala Lumpur (hereinafter referred to as “the Building”) erected on all that piece of leasehold land held under Master Title Pajakan Negeri 54141, Nombor Lot 481716 (formerly known as PN 46338 Lot 58190, HSD 121980, PT9741 and HSD 121981, PT 9742), at Mukim Kuala Lumpur, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (hereinafter referred to as “the Land”) (the Building and the Land shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “the Property”) for a total sales consideration of RM50,000,000.00 (“Purchase Price”) (the entire transaction is referred to as "the Proposed Acquisition").
