Further to the announcement dated 13 May 2024, the Board of Directors of Teo Seng wishes to announce that the salient terms in the Sale and Purchase Agreements ("SPA") dated 13 May 2024 between Teo Seng Farming Sdn Bhd ("TSF"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Lim Kim Yam & Sons Sdn Bhd ("LKYS") and Lim Thiam Hooi ("LTH") to purchase 8 parcels of lands located at Yong Peng, Johor covering total land area of approximately 104.87 acres (“Land”) for a purchase price of RM23,596,222.50 (hereinafter referred to as “Acquisition”) have been fulfilled and the Acquisition of Land has been completed.
