BONUS ISSUE OF 300,008,175 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN TSCB ("TSCB SHARES") ("BONUS SHARES") ON THE BASIS OF 1 BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING TSCB SHARE HELD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 12 DECEMBER 2024 ("BONUS ISSUE")

We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 22 October 2024, 30 October 2024, 4 November 2024, 12 November 2024, 27 November 2024 and 28 November 2024 in relation to the Bonus Issue. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that 300,008,175 Bonus Shares will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 13 December 2024, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date on 12 December 2024.

Following the above, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be RM60,011,036 comprising 600,016,350 TSCB Shares (including 6,553,874 treasury shares).
