Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 13 June 2023, 12 September 2023, 12 December 2023, 12 March 2024, 12 June 2024 and 12 September 2024 in relation to the MOU between AGMO and Alibaba Cloud (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of AGMO wishes to announce that there has been no material development to the MOU since the Announcements.
