Further to the Company’s announcements dated 23 August 2023, 29 August 2023, 29 November 2023 and 29 February 2024 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of 70% equity interest in Aim-Force Software Sdn Bhd, the Board wishes to announce that the Company and Aim-Force Sdn Bhd ("AFSB") had on 6 December 2024 entered into a Mutual Termination Agreement ("MTA") to terminate, rescind and revoke the Term Sheet dated 23 August 2023 entered into between ITMAX and AFSB.
