Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ITMAX is pleased to announce that ITMAX, together with its 70%-owned subsidiary, namely Enforcemax Sdn. Bhd., had on 6 December 2024 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement ("JVA") with Aim-Force Sdn. Bhd. for the purpose of joint development of smart parking enforcement solutions and enterprise mobility software and technologies for various projects.
