Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 8 March 2024, 7 June 2024 and 6 September 2024 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that since the signing of the MOU, the objectives outlined are being operationalised and progressively integrated into ASB's ongoing operations. As this collaboration is now considered business as usual, this announcement concludes the updates on the MOU.
