The Board of Directors of Binastra Corporation Berhad (formerly known as Comintel Corporation Bhd) (“Binastra” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd has on 3 December 2024 accepted a letter of award for Main Building and Related Works amounting to RM327,737,000.00 from Exsim Bukit Jalil City Sdn Bhd in respect of a proposed development of 2 blocks of 58-storey serviced apartment (wellness living) (1,138 units) which includes:

a) Block A - 49-storey (569 units)

b) Block B - 49-storey (569 units)

c) 7 strata shop units and car park on ground floor

d) 7 levels of podium parking

e) 2 levels of lower ground parking

f) facilities for residents, 1 unit of electrical substation and 1unit of guard house

on Lot 103959 (Plot 3), Jalan Impian Indah, Mukim Petaling, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (The Vividz @ Bukit Jalil).
