Further to the announcement made on 22 April 2024 pertaining to the MOU entered into between Southmax, a 65% owned subsidiary of ITMAX, with JGSB, a wholly owned subsidiary of JCORP. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcement dated 22 April 2024 except where the context otherwise defined herein.

The Board of Directors of ITMAX wishes to announce that there has been no further material development since the previous announcement. Any material and significant development will be announced accordingly.
