Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 25 April 2024, 24 June 2024, 16 October 2024, 25 October 2024, 15 November 2024 and 19 November 2024 in relation to the Transfer.

On behalf of the Board, MIDF Investment is pleased to announce that the listing of and quotation for the entire issued share capital of Infoline Tec has been transferred from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 22 November 2024, marking the completion of the Transfer.

Accordingly, upon the Transfer, MIDF Investment shall cease as the sponsor of the Company with effect from 22 November 2024.
