Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 25 April 2024, 24 June 2024, 16 October 2024 and 25 October 2024 in relation to the Transfer.

On behalf of the Board, MIDF Investment is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 15 November 2024, approved the transfer of Infoline Tec’s entire issued share capital from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities, under the “Technology” sector.

The Transfer will take effect immediately two (2) market days upon the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.
