Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 13 May 2024 and 13 August 2024 in relation to the MOU between Agmo Studio Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Koperasi Profesion Teknologi Berhad (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of AGMO wishes to announce that there has been no material development to the MOU since the Announcements.
