On behalf of the Board of Directors of Infoline Tec, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 11 November 2024 approved the application for an exemption by the specified shareholder of the Company, namely Choo Wei Chuen (“Specified Shareholder”) from continued compliance with the moratorium requirements under Rule 3.19(1)(c) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Approval”).

The Approval is subject to the condition that the Specified Shareholder may only deal in the shares of the Company after 1 full market day from the day on which announcement on the Approval of the application is made.
