Unless otherwise stated, the terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement made by the Company dated 7 November 2024 in relation to the Letter of Agreement between GeekStart Company Limited, an indirect subsidiary of the Company with Multi Distribution Services Company Limited ("Announcement"). 

Subsequent to the Announcement, the Board of Directors of RAMSSOL wishes to announce the additional information in relation to the LOA, as follows:-

Commencement date and completion date of the Services

The LOA shall commence from 7 November 2024 and the project is targeted to complete within 19 months (i.e. by early June 2026).
