Reference is made to the announcement on 12 September 2024 (GA1-11092024-00073) pertaining to the change of Auditors.

The Board of Directors of Bina Darulaman Berhad ("BDB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 25 October 2024, received the letter of consent to act as Auditors for the Company and its subsidiaries dated 21 October 2024 from Messrs. BDO PLT. Messrs. BDO PLT shall hold the office until the conclusionn of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
