Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in DS Sigma’s announcements dated 7 June 2024 and 3 October 2024.

Reference is made to the announcements dated 7 June 2024, 11 June 2024, 3 October 2024 and 11 October 2024 in relation to the Proposed Transfer.

On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 22 October 2024, approved the transfer of DS Sigma’s entire issued share capital from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities, under the “Industrial Products & Services” sector.

The transfer will take effect immediately 2 market days upon the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.
