Reference is made to the announcement made on 24 April 2024 in relation to the acceptance of the Letter of Award by Fajarbaru Builder Sdn. Bhd. (“FBSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd. (“FBG” or “the Company”) for the Main Building Works for Section 1 : Phase 1 from WCT Construction Sdn. Bhd. (“WCTC”), an indirect subsidiary of WCT Holdings Berhad, in respect of the Proposed Two-Phase Development of 2 Blocks Serviced Apartment comprising of 8 Towers (1,920 units) and commercial lots (69 units) on Lot 49977 (No. Hakmilik 636148), Mukim Bandar Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim (“Development”). 

The Board of Directors of FBG is pleased to announce that FBSB has accepted a Letter of Award dated 16 October 2024 for the Main Building Works for Section 2 : Phase 2 (“Phase 2 Contract”) of the Development from WCTC.
