Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ITMAX ("Board") is pleased to announce that Southmax Sdn Bhd (“SSB”), a 65% owned subsidiary of ITMAX, had on 7 October 2024 received and accepted the letter of appointment ("LOA") dated 1 October 2024 awarded by Majlis Perbandaran Muar (hereinafter referred to as “MPM”) to be the operator of smart parking for 8,640 open space parking lots that are currently gazetted at MPM, for a contract period of 15 years commencing from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2039.

SSB and MPM will execute and enter into a contract in respect of the smart parking operation at MPM, including all terms agreed upon among the parties.
