Reference is made to the Prospectus dated 25 November 2022 ("Prospectus") issued by ITMAX and the previous announcement released on 6 December 2022 in respect of ITMAX’s ESOS ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus and Announcement.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ITMAX ("Board") wishes to announce that ITMAX has on 3 October 2024 offered a total of 6,418,000 ESOS Grant 2 Options to the eligible executive Directors, eligible executives and eligible employees of ITMAX and its subsidiaries ("the Group") under the LTIP, which was approved by the Securities Commission upon the initial public offering ("IPO") of ITMAX.
