PROPOSED TRANSFER OF THE LISTING OF AND QUOTATION FOR THE ENTIRE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF DS SIGMA FROM THE ACE MARKET TO THE MAIN MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES") ("PROPOSED TRANSFER")

Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in DS Sigma’s announcements dated 7 June 2024 and 11 June 2024.

On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that the SC had, vide its letter dated 2 October 2024 (which was received on 3 October 2024), approved the Proposed Transfer under Section 214(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 and under the Bumiputera equity requirement for public listed companies pursuant to the Proposed Transfer. 

Further, in compliance with Paragraph 2A.2 of Practice Note 22 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, additional information on the Company is set out in the enclosed attachment.
