Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 12 June 2024 in relation to the MOU between Agmo Studio Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and SNS Network (M) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of SNS Network Technology Berhad (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of AGMO wishes to announce that there has been no material development to the MOU since the Announcement.
