Further to the announcement made on 9 September 2024 in relation to the Director, Datin Afinaliza Binti Zainal Abidin's dealings outside closed period, the Company wishes to announce that the remarks be amended as follows:-

Disposal of shares by Ganda Sensasi Sdn Bhd ("GSSB") in 'off market'. Datin Afinaliza Binti Zainal Abidin ("Datin Afinaliza") is deemed interested by virtue of her interest in GSSB pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016.

Notes:-
The percentage of interest in ordinary shares was calculated based on 1,029,497,600 ordinary shares in the Company.

Datin Afinaliza is deemed interested in 47,137,000 ordinary shares (4.579%) held by GSSB after the change.
