Datin Afinaliza Binti Zainal Abidin ("Datin Afinaliza") is deemed interested by virtue of her interest in GSSB pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016. Note: The percentage of interest in ordinary shares was calculated based on 1,029,497,600 ordinary shares in the Company.
