Reference is made to the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement dated 14 December 2020, 1 March 2021, 8 September 2022 and 30 August 2023, respectively. 

The Board of Directors of XOX Networks had on 30 August 2024 approved the further extension of the time for the full utilisation of the proceeds raised from the Private Placement.
