Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 1 March 2022, 30 May 2022, 9 August 2022, 25 August 2022, 24 November 2022, 19 December 2023, 26 December 2023, 28 February 2024, 30 May 2024 and 5 June 2024. The Board of Directors of Nestcon wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):- ​

1. MOU dated 9 August 2022 between Nestcon and Nam Heng Safety Glass Sdn. Bhd. - There is no new development on the status of the MOU since the previous announcement made on 5 June 2024. As the MOU has reached 24-month duration from the date of signing, the MOU has lapsed and expired.
