Encik Zahid Osman (Encik Zahid) is involved in the MISC Berhad Group via:
(a) his directorships in MISC Berhad and various companies which are subsidiaries of MISC and companies which may be related companies of MISC; and
(b) his office as President & Group Chief Executive Officer of MISC.
His involvement in the MISC Group may be viewed as potential conflict of interest.
Our Company proposes to introduce and implement measures to resolve, eliminate or mitigate such potential conflicts and continuously monitor, review and assess such potential conflicts of interests of Encik Zahid being a director of the Company.
