Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03(a) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“AMLR”), the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that Volcano Tec (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“VTT”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of VB, had on 5 August 2024 completed the execution of the Facility Agreement and all security documents for the facility of Thai Baht (“Baht”) 225,000,000 (Two Hundred Twenty Five Million Baht) (Equivalent to RM28,615,725, based on the exchange rate of Baht 1: Ringgit Malaysia 0.127181 derived from the exchange rate based on the Bank Negara Malaysia middle rate as at 5.00 p.m. on 2 August 2024) offered by TMBThanachart Bank Public Company Limited (“Bank”)(“Facility”).
