We refer to the earlier announcements dated 31 May 2024, 18 June 2024, 1 July 2024 and 30 July 2024 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Warrants.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board, had on 30 July 2024 executed the deed poll constituting the Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants.
