Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 1 April 2024 in relation to the MOU between Jom eInvoice Sdn. Bhd., an indirect 52.5% owned subsidiary of the Company and MSC Trustgate.com Sdn. Bhd. (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of AGMO wishes to announce that there has been no material development to the MOU since the Announcement. 

This announcement is dated 1 July 2024.
