The Board of Directors of Binastra Corporation Berhad wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd has on 7 June 2024 accepted a letter of award ("LOA") for Main Building Works amounting to RM315,000,000.00 from Pembinaan Serta Hebat Sdn Bhd in respect of a proposed development comprising:

1. Block W - 40-storey apartment (757 Units)

2. Block X - 40-storey apartment (743 Units)

3. 8-storey car park with 1 floor of resident facilities

4. 1 unit TNB substation

5. 1 unit guardhouse

on part of PT 50021-Plot A1 (formerly Lot 36191), Jalan Tasik Selatan 31, Bandar Tasik Selatan, Mukim Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.

The LOA is subject to the Company successfully obtaining the shareholders’ approval to undertake recurrent related party transactions at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 3 July 2024.
