The Board of Directors of RAMSSOL (“Board”) is pleased to announce that Rams Solutions Sdn. Bhd. ("RAMS"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 28 May 2024 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with Ramco Systems Sdn. Bhd. (“Ramco”), for the appointment of RAMS as the implementation partner to provide implementation services on the Ramco platform such as sales and marketing, product conceptual design and centre of excellence services to both existing / joint customers and prospective customers as required ("MOA"), subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the MOA.
