On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on even date (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the second tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.1555 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 9.91% to the 5-day VWAP of Infraharta Shares up to and including 23 May 2024 of RM0.1726, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
