Puan Mariah Mohamad Said (Puan Mariah) is currently a director of a subsidiary of PETRONAS* which may be viewed as a potential conflict of interest. However, the subsidiary operates in a different business segment from our Group.
Our Company proposes to introduce and implement measures to resolve, eliminate or mitigate such potential conflicts and continuously monitor, review and assess such potential conflicts of interest of Puan Mariah, being a director of our Company.
