The Board of Directors of Apex Equity Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the proposed amendments to its existing Memorandum and Articles of Association (“Proposed Amendments”) at the forthcoming 34th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company.

Details of the Proposed Amendments will be despatched to the shareholders together with the Company's 2023 Annual Report.
