Further to the announcement made by the Board of Directors of Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd (“FBG”) on 10 July 2023  and 11 January 2024 in respect of the the award of Planning Phase of the Head Contract (International) Two Phase from Australian Department of Defence, Commonwealth of Australia in respect of the design and construct infrastructure project to redevelop the Australian leased facilities and Malaysian facilities at Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) Base Butterworth, Penang, Malaysia and a Joint Venture Agreement between Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd (“FBSB”) and Avionics Pty Ltd (“APL”) for this project. The Head Contract (International) Two Phase involves a Planning Phase and a subsequent Delivery Phase.

The Board of Directors of Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd (“FBG” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Parties have on 15 March 2024 been awarded a Minor Works Contract (International) from Australian Department of Defence, Commonwealth of Australia in respect of the partial Delivery Phase (Early Works) of the design and construct infrastructure project to redevelop the Australian leased facilities and Malaysian facilities at Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) Base Butterworth, Penang, Malaysia (“Contract”).
