Reference is made to our announcement dated 6 December 2023 in relation to, inter-alia, the Proposed Change of Name, which was approved by the members at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 7 March 2024.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Notice of Registration of New Name had been issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 8 March 2024, a copy of which was received by the Company on 12 March 2024.

Accordingly, the name of the Company had been changed from "Comintel Corporation Bhd" to "Binastra Corporation Berhad" with effect from 8 March 2024.
