The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Apex Securities Berhad ("ASB"), a 100%-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 8 March 2024 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) Company Limited (Registration No. 16473849) (“YUANTA”) in relation to a collaboration on the following cross market initiatives:

1. Collaboration to bring the gems of the respective markets to both parties' institutional clients;

2. To collaborate on wealth management services rendered to both parties' clients; 

3. To provide the multimarket trading access to ASB customers and Malaysian market access to YUANTA customers; and

4. To collaborate on research and marketing efforts.
