Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 9 March 2023, 8 June 2023, 7 September 2023 and 7 December 2023 in relation to the MOU between AGMO, Mabroor Fintech Holding Co. Ltd, and Heydoc Sdn. Bhd. (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of AGMO wishes to announce that the MOU, which is set to expire on 9 March 2024, will not be extended and will be deemed terminated on 9 March 2024 due to unfavorable outcomes from the feasibility studies conducted.
