The Board of Directors of AGMO (“the Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 13 February 2024 entered into a Shareholders’ Agreement (“SHA”) with Teh Yu Nen (“TYN”) to regulate the relationship between the shareholders of AFintech Sdn. Bhd. (“AFintech”).

(collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually the “Party”)

AFintech has been set up as a joint collaboration between the Parties which is intended to be principally involved in software development related to systems used by financial institutions.
