The Board of Directors of Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd. (“FBG” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fajarbaru Land (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“FLM”) has on 24 January 2024 accepted a Letter of Offer dated 23 January 2024 from Perbadanan Putrajaya in respect of the appointment of FLM as the Developer for the integrated development of Residensi Cemara, comprising of 480 units Residensi Madani (RM) and 320 units Residensi Wilayah (RW), on part of the land at PT.6877, Precinct 11, Federal Territory of Putrajaya (“Development”).
