The Board of Directors of AGMO (“the Board”) wishes to announce that Agmo Capital Sdn. Bhd. (“Agmo Capital”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 23 January 2024 entered into a Joint Venture Cum Shareholders’ Agreement (“Agreement”) with the following parties to regulate the relationship between the shareholders of Dah Reply Sdn. Bhd. (“Dah Reply”): -

(i) Wong Zhi Heng (“WZH”); and

(ii) Ong Yong Seng (“OYS”)

(collectively referred to as the “Parties” or “Shareholders”, and individually the “Party”).

Dah Reply has been set up as a joint collaboration between the Parties which are intended to be principally involved in the designing, building, development and commercialisation of end-to-end machine learning and Artificial Intelligence-powered solutions (“Solutions’’).
