The Board of Directors of Bina Darulaman Berhad wish to announce that the Company had on 22 January 2024 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") with Shanghai Youzhu Industry Co. Ltd., to establish a basis cooperation and collaboration between both Parties.
